Our People
| Dan Mayorgas serves as senior project engineer, responsible for overseeing your project from concept to completion. His areas of expertise run the gamut from power generation to plant operations, maintenance planning and resource management to process planning and improvements. His background includes several years with the U.S. Navy where he utilized the principles of Total Quality Leadership to effectively manage and motivate large teams that improved performance and reduced expenditures and equipment down time. | Dan Mayorgas Senior Project Engineer |

As a design engineer, Dan taps into his experience operating and supervising diverse electrical equipment—from 4160V switchgear to 24V electronics. He also has a thorough understanding of multiple design disciplines including mechanical engineering—having trained on and operated mechanical equipment such as diesel generators, turbine generators,steam boilers and pump perations, both steam driven and electric driven. Dan’s eight years of naval experience managing and supervising nuclear reactor plants earned him numerous U.S. Navy achievement medals for electrical troubleshooting, training programs and project management during heavy industrial construction periods. |
