| This project features, five tenant-ready, warm-shell buildings. The WSHP shell has provisions for future rooftop VAV units. To complete campus electrical services, also included are new SDG&E PME switches and street crossings. A central campus SONET ring communications conduit system was installed. Infrastructure includes emergency power-ready buildings. | ||

| Invitrogen provides technical expertise, technology licensing and research services for universities, research institutes, and the life-sciences manufacturing industries. The project encompassed five buildings of improvements with central-plant HVAC systems and over 2MW of emergency power systems. | ||

| Marsh is the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor, providing service in over 100 countries. San Diego is home to one of the many Marsh corporate insurance offices. The 30,000-s.f. facility features recessed indirect lighting provided throughout, with individual motion sensors for energy savings. Offices are provided with normal and isolated ground systems for computer protection. |
